VOLUNTEERS

NOTE
WE NEED MORE DENTISTS!
Please encourage your dentist to volunteer!

We need all kinds of volunteers; from dental professionals, to lunch servers, to patient escorts (click here to see the brochure for volunteers in pdf format*). Anyone can help, and we need a lot of volunteers! There are three options on how to sign-up as a volunteer, using email or regular mail.

The following directions are for general volunteers only. (For Dental professionals only, please click here for your forms in pdf format*, and here for Microsoft Word format.)

To sign-up using email (email option 1, cut/paste plain text):

Start your email program.
Address the email to westsidecompassion.vol@gmail.com
In the body of the email, copy and paste the text from our volunteer form (click here to get it).
Fill-in the questionaire and then hit send.

To sign-up using email (email option 2, using Microsoft Word):

Download the MS Word document (right-click here and select "save target as" to download the form to your computer's hard disk).
Fill-in the form using MS Word and save the document.
Send an email, with the filled-in Word document as an attachment, to westsidecompassion.vol@gmail.com

To sign-up using regular mail (regular mail, option 3):

Fill-out the form.
Mail the form to:
